terms & Conditions of works
A polite notice to all customer from quote to invoice
Terms & Conditions of works:
· The above will be inclusive of materials and labour where stated (Breakdown can be provided on request allow 24 – 48 hours.)
· No allowance has been made in time or costs should further repair / replacement be required in additional or any other works added after this quotation will be included in this cost. (separate quotes will be applied).
· Upon completion, all surplus materials/waste associated with the above works will be removed from the property.
· This quote is only valid at current pricing 30 days from generation (or change due to materials increases which have to be included before any deposits are paid).
· A cancellation charge may be incurred, if the works are cancelled within unreasonable times prior to start of works whether this is written or verbally after the works order has been issued or works already commenced.
· Any goods supplied by C&F maintenance remain the property of installer until the final payment is made in full on completion.
· Payment will not be considered as a settlement until cleared.

· Payment is to be made in FULL within 7 days of the invoice being issued via transfer ( details are included on quotes and invoices.). This may vary on occasion due to any company to company agreements are made individually towards to benefit of the policies needing to be applied.
*legal action from Town & Country Legal Services will be taken for non payments via debt collection protocols.
· C&F maintenance reserve the right to charge 8.5% per weeks on overdue "accounts" from invoice date.
· Any additional costs or dramatic changes to material costs, will be notified at the time or before works are carried out for customer agreement verbally via message call , email or invoice.
· If the customer should supply materials/appliances etc themselves they will be liable to pay additional labour days costs to cover time and delays in additional to the stated time above.
customer supplying good voids warranty of products as purchased directly and not through C&F maintenance Ltd therefore additional labour charges will apply.
· The customer should also provide all technical data for products supplied by themselves a minimum 48 hours prior to starting the works and delivery dates released to C&F maintenance for site management ( we will not be held accountable for days delays and labour charges may still apply for waiting times even though there may not be physical changes/ works on site.
· *Any verbal agreement and or allowing works to start or materials purchased is agreement to our T&Cs and payment agreement above.*
*Deposits will be require don booking 50% of the total quote (made via transfer)
*cancellation fees within 48 hours prior to project start will incur a non refundable 10% of the total quote. and any monies left from deposit will refunded promptly.
*Any works provided come with a job satisfaction guarantee of 2 months from date of invoice.
*any materials provided by C&F maintenance wit product fault possibilities will be left with the manufacturer to investigate /re-supply goods should it be needed and C&F maintenance will not be held liable for products faults (additional costs may apply to customer.)*
*Any personal enquiries with alternative trades person, not giving time to return and investigate will be at your own costs.*
*General wear and tear will not be included in this guarantee; And external verifiers may be called to site in confirmation - if required giving peace of mind for our company and you as a valued customer. No charges will be applicable to the customer for investigating at the start of query by C&F maintenance or materials until proven otherwise. Validation may be necessary by third parties ( provided by C&F only not by the customer) of sole traders ( non-biased). Further charges may apply if proved non-fault arises and confirmed. (subcontractors called on to verify will advise on their fee prior any site visits (paid in full and refunded if required.)
